This role is open to international candidates wishing to relocate.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Using traditional and innovative marketing techniques, you will be the marketing lead and support the drive to attract new business while nurturing current business.

The successful applicant must have extensive experience and knowledge across all marketing channels, including social media and digital marketing.

Market research and analytics must ensure that engaging content evolves annually in line with our strongly anticipated growth.

You will lead a team of marketers to deliver the complex marketing course of action across multiple verticals for each client.

Accountabilities:

  1. Work with the team to develop a cyclical data-build strategy and maximise budget availability for data acquisition.
  2. Implement KPIs, manage the performance review process, and direct team members on execution, delivery, and training requirements for professional and personal development, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  3. Create creative, brand, and message marketing assets for use throughout the cycle that are engaging and influence conversion rates.
  4. Use analytics to constantly evolve the website design and user journey, increasing conversions and linking to marketing activities.
  5. Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop an effective multi-faceted digital campaign for each audience group with constant optimisation.
  6. Develop and sustain media partnership agreements, well represented through relevant media outlets throughout the year to support the campaign plan.
  7. Project manage all components required to deliver successfully, ensuring the technology is fit for purpose, integrated with the marketing automation and lead scoring plan, and provides effective analytics.
  8. Champion interactions with all parties to ensure increased reach and attract new business year after year.

Minimum Experience:

  1. You have a minimum of 5+ years of mid-level management experience.
  2. Strategy creation and critical path analysis.
  3. Experience in the use of databases with targeted direct marketing campaigns.
  4. People management.
  5. Website management and user experience.
  6. Excellent writing skills, including proofreading and messaging.
  7. Extensive data analysis from multiple sources.
  8. Budget management, including decision-making responsibility for various marketing channels.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and relate to all levels both within and outside the organization.
  10. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  11. Experience with social media channels, including content creation, sponsored posts, analytics, and effectiveness measurement.
  12. Good leadership skills.
  13. Ability to work well under pressure, adaptable and resilient.
  14. Able to work on own initiative, highly motivated and proactive.
  15. Practice good time management.
  16. Trustworthy, professional, and reliable.
  17. Demonstrate good teamwork with co-workers and peers.
