Job description

The Land Surveyor will work under the guidance of the Resident Engineer and the Project Manager, joining the team responsible for design and construction supervision on various structures for major roadway projects. Projects include the design of new highways, interchanges, and the upgrading or rehabilitation of existing roads.

  1. Conduct precise land surveys for bridge and underpass projects throughout Dubai.
  2. Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data.
  3. Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide essential survey information.
  5. Ensure compliance with RTA standards and local regulations for all surveying activities.
  6. Perform quality checks and verify the accuracy of survey data.
  7. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  8. Assist in resolving discrepancies related to land boundaries or elevations.
  9. Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor.
  3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in land surveying, focusing on infrastructure projects.
  4. Proven experience in bridge and underpass surveying.

Additional Comments:

  • Middle East or UAE/Dubai experience preferred.
  • RTA Pre-Approved.
