Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage Accounts and Petty Cash: Handle accounts from AZ Petty Cash liquidations, check all bills from the project manager site in charge, and oversee all financial transactions.
  2. Reporting: Provide reports to the Managing Director as required.
  3. Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with the site project in-charge to track work progress, generate invoices, and send them to clients.
  4. Financial Preparation: Prepare financial reports as requested by the Managing Director.
  5. Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding materials and site purchases.
  6. Quotation and Vendors: Generate quotations for clients and prepare LPOs for vendors.
  7. Tax and Salary Management: Handle VAT filings and ensure timely submission, as well as transfer salaries to employees via WPS.
  8. Internal Auditing: Conduct internal audits as required by the Managing Director.
  9. Additional Responsibilities: Be flexible to perform any other work assigned by the Managing Director.
