  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
  • Handle community management and foster strong online communities.
