Job description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to sell Playbooks products and services. Your primary goal is to identify their needs, addressing their concerns, and demonstrating the value of our offerings. You will work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers over the phone to sell products or services.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • 1 Year of UAE sales experience required.
  • Proven telesales experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers to make a purchase.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
