Daily Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring the smooth functioning of all areas. Monitor opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise café staff including baristas, kitchen staff, and servers. Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and manage performance to ensure high-quality service. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve staff performance and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience. Ensure the café environment is welcoming and that service standards are consistently met.

Inventory and Supplies

Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and other supplies. Coordinate with vendors, place orders, and track deliveries to prevent shortages and reduce waste.

Financial Management

Oversee daily financial operations, including cash management and reconciliation. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and sales data to identify trends and improve profitability. Implement cost-control measures and ensure adherence to financial policies.

Health, Safety, and Compliance
