Role Description
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify key social media trends and incorporate them into the brand's strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Create or coordinate the creation of engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, carousels, etc.) tailored for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts across all active platforms.
- Write clear, consistent, and brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms; respond promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and active online community.
- Escalate any potential issues or feedback to the relevant internal teams.
- Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, clicks, conversions).
- Analyze performance data and make recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Assist with or manage paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to align organic and paid strategies.
- Monitor ad performance and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Keep all profile information updated and aligned with the brand voice.
- Experiment with new features (e.g., Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Articles).
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay informed of algorithm changes.
