Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing high-quality ingredients with precision, including slicing, filleting, and portioning, to support efficient kitchen operations.
2. Leading and overseeing assigned sections within the sushi station, including maki, sashimi, nigiri, and sushi preparation.
3. Ensuring all mise en place is completed to the required standard and on time for service.
4. Continuously striving to enhance the guest experience through attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence.
