Manages Projects, responsible for defining project plans in coordination with design, development, IT Operations, and client areas (e.g., marketing). Ensures end-to-end delivery of IT solutions by managing schedules, budgets, issues, risks, and coordination between IT departments and business units. Ensures optimal staffing aligned with Demand section and Delivery channels such as Software Design and Development. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the program (a set of projects) to meet business objectives. Shapes the approach needed to achieve results and gains consensus for that approach.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the design and development process of projects to deliver high-quality IT solutions, ensuring coordination within the IT department and with external service providers.
2. Coordinate across departments (e.g., Marketing, IT) and within technology sections (e.g., IT Development units, IT Operations, Network Development, Network Operations) to facilitate information flow and timely project completion.
3. Identify and assess project risks and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
4. Manage project budgets and costs, reviewing and updating budget plans regularly.
5. Manage development resources and external service providers to deliver required solutions.
6. Prepare reports to support management decision-making processes.
7. Ensure all projects follow established methodologies from inception to delivery.
8. Ensure adherence to company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with Design and Development heads to allocate appropriate resources.
9. Oversee end-to-end project management cycle execution.
10. Own and be responsible for daily program execution to produce agreed results and deliverables, under the guidance of the program executive sponsor.
11. Develop and lead the strategic approach for the program, defining major timeframes and deliverables to meet goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with 5-6 years of experience in Project Management within the telecom domain.
