Job description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a premier security surveillance technology and service provider in the UAE. We're seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager. This role is pivotal in driving sustained financial growth through superior sales performance and building strong alliances with Channel Partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough regional market analyses across various product and solution categories.
  2. Synthesize market demand, current company offerings, and capabilities into an effective sales strategy.
  3. Establish and nurture novel channel partnerships overseeing the onboarding process.
  4. Elevate existing partner relationships encompassing contract negotiation and monthly follow-ups to ensure contractual objectives are met.
  5. Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, prognosticate monthly sales figures, and pinpoint emerging business prospects.
  6. Engage with diverse dealers, meticulously analyzing each purchased product model to optimize portfolios and bolster business and profitability.
  7. Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, whether commercial or technical, collaborating with relevant departments or external entities for swift resolution.
  8. Remain current with industry trends and competitor activities.
  9. Formulate and implement routine training regimens for partners and their clientele.
  10. Furnish comprehensive weekly and monthly sales KPI reports and meeting summaries.
  11. Skillfully oversee transactions with direct customers ensuring streamlined ordering and delivery processes.
  12. Pursue sales and revenue targets as outlined by the Channel Sales Director or Country Manager.
  13. Assume additional responsibilities and undertake projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
  14. Stay well-informed through continuous learning, engaging in educational opportunities and staying connected to industry publications and networks for the latest technological advancements.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a sales-driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and familiarity with the channel market.
  2. Need a solid network within the Local Channel network.
  3. Should have strong sales skills, the ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  5. Persistent and proactive.
  6. Responsible and able to drive the business independently.
  7. Able to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment.
  8. Competitive to achieve targets and efficient in achieving them.
  9. Strong public speaking, multitasking, and time management skills.
  10. Fluent Chinese Speaker.
  11. Valid Driving License.
