AHS, a prestigious leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking a highly skilled Senior FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Procurer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the acquisition of high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment for our luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the luxury FFE market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement process for furniture, fixtures, and equipment across luxury real estate projects
  • Identify and establish relationships with high-quality suppliers and manufacturers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for our projects
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to align FFE selections with project aesthetics and requirements
  • Monitor and manage budgets for FFE procurement to ensure cost efficiency
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for FFE items to align with project timelines
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging trends and new products in the luxury FFE sector
  • Manage quality control assessments of FFE items upon delivery
  • Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and expenditures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an FFE Procurer, Purchasing Manager, or similar role in the luxury real estate or interior design industry (5+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of luxury furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to interpret design specifications and collaborate with architects and designers
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
