Job description

Job Purpose:

To cultivate and manage a portfolio of affluent clients by providing tailored services, fostering strong relationships, recommending relevant products, driving profitability, and ensuring long-term customer loyalty and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand customer needs, identify financial and non-financial requirements by conducting financial need analysis (Client Profiling).
  2. Responsible for conducting customer portfolio reviews and financial checks for each client as per agreed timelines.
  3. Achieve revenue goals, sales, and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services (Investments, Term Deposits, CASA balances, Mortgages, Credit Cards, Bancassurance).
  4. Optimize the potential value of the priority base through the delivery of wealth management products and services.
  5. Resolve client queries without further escalation.
  6. Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are consistent with the role as assigned by management.
  7. Collaborate with internal and external specialists and support teams to ensure provision of superior and tailored wealth management solutions to clients.
  8. Perform KYC checks and exercise due diligence to identify and report unusual or irregular account activity, corruption, money laundering suspicion, fraud cases to protect the interests of the bank and customers.
  9. Ensure compliance with bank-wide policies, audit requirements, and Central Bank regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree in related business fields such as Marketing or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking sales.
