Reed Recruitment is currently looking for a Marketing Executive for an advertising service company in Dubai, specializing in promo marketing.
Purpose of the Role:
The marketing executive will be responsible for the company's offerings, campaign execution, and corporate communication as part of the marketing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee new solution launches and existing solution upgrades.
- Develop a comprehensive sales toolkit to market solutions efficiently and profitably.
- Track company solutions' performance through dashboards and KPIs.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance solution performance and profitability.
- Master platforms (ZaQi & Adictiz) and participate in developing new features, data management, and market research.
- Analyze data on solutions' performance and use insights to refine marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Share acquired knowledge within sales and marketing teams.
- Design, plan, and execute trade marketing retailer events from concept to closing reports.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events.
- Prepare business reviews and workshops for major key clients.
- Coordinate major tender processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, operations) to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Lead campaign and corporate communication efforts (social media content, newsletters, events).
- Participate in annual budget analysis and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Commerce and Marketing.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in operational marketing and project management; experience in shopper marketing, FMCG, or retail industries is advantageous.
- Passionate about marketing, brands, and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Curious, rigorous, tenacious, with good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Trello, Asana); knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
