Job description

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to Finance Department.

TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCES

  • Validation of incoming vendor invoices in the company’s ERP.
  • Ensure that invoice data matches purchase orders, delivery notes, and contract terms.
  • Follow up with internal departments or external suppliers in case of discrepancies.
  • Assist with other general administrative and finance-related tasks as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Preferred Work Experience as a support role.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to process information with high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
