About Division

Shandong Engineering Machinery Co. Ltd. has manufactured SEM branded wheel loaders in China for over 60 years and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar in 2008. Role Summary

We are seeking an SEM Sales Representative to lead and manage dealer relationships, with objectives to market the company's products and services and develop dealer sales capabilities.

What You Will Do
  • Understand the business model and follow process guidance on variances and commercial actions.
  • Design and assist dealers with forecasts, sales/rental/used strategies, and support new product rollouts.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.
Skills You Will Have

  • Industry & Product Knowledge: Understand industry trends, product groups, and regulatory considerations.
