• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure consistency in coffee and beverage preparation
• Train, support, and lead the barista team to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain quality control over espresso, brewing, and latte art standards
• Create and maintain bar menus, seasonal specials, and signature drinks
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate orders with suppliers
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are strictly followed at all times
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and take corrective action when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in coffee preparation; at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of various brewing methods, specialty coffee, and bar trends
