As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for our IT products. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company sales targets

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by networking and building relationships with potential clients

- Manage and build a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching

- Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports to the executive team

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to customers

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest technology trends and networking opportunities

- Participate in sales meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance
