Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager with a proven track record in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, and Management Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a seasoned team, enhancing your advisory skills while advising boards, management teams, lenders, and shareholders across various sectors.

The Manager will handle diverse engagements across service lines such as M&A (buy and sell side), valuations, strategy support, business plans, and general Management Consulting. Responsibilities include leading workstreams, managing junior staff, supporting senior leaders, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management of engagement segments, supporting senior leadership and managing external stakeholders.
  • Main contact for some engagements, managing client relationships and workstreams.
  • Supporting management in preparing and challenging business plans, strategies, cash flow forecasts, and restructuring plans.
  • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive culture, understanding and managing engagement risks.
  • Supporting business development through events, marketing, and networking, and participating in client account management.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand jobs and cross-sell services.
  • Leading marketing initiatives and liaising with legal teams on documentation processes.
  • Contributing to practice and talent development, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in M&A, financial due diligence, and valuations.
  • Understanding of strategy development, business planning, and financial modelling.
  • Knowledge of the M&A marketplace, trends, and key players.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with debt markets, banking, and legal documentation.
  • Experience with feasibility studies and economic impact analyses (preferred).
  • Ability to lead small teams and develop talent.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
