Essential business activities expected from this position:
Coordinate Weekly, Monthly and quarterly sales forecast along with submission to Region
Analyze and comment on the monthly results on Sales, Returns & Rebates, COGS and Gross Margin vs Budget and previous year and alert about variances
Perform Monthly analysis on COGS and profitability by Market, Customer, Brand, Line and SKUs, including price and volume analysis
Recommend and implement action plan for low profitability products/customers/markets
Guarantee the implementation and respect of overall pricing process
Calculate and track the monthly provisions on returns and rebates
Participate actively in the region budget execution until Gross Margin, make suggestions to improve performance and challenge countries' assumptions
Prepare and publish the Regional Monthly closing dashboard
Act as a strong liaising agent between the Business controlling team and other departments.
Ensure quality and timeliness of reporting processes as per Group deliverables
Ensure implementation of dedicated reporting/controlling requirements.
Ensure business controls are in place to safeguard business activities and that procedures and processes are documented and conform to Group standards and rules.

Preferred Skills and experience Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
3/4 years of experience in Finance, ideally with Business Finance/Controlling experience
High Controlling and Analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Financial reporting flows
Excellent computer skills, including financial tools and ERP
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
High Communication skills and assertiveness/agility and business acumen
