Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales function and coordinate sales-related activities within the company to achieve the sales plan.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
- Manage sales-related activities for assigned customers.
- Support and coordinate with the Head Office sales team and marketing.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Coordinate with customers on vessel schedules and confirm draft documents.
- Send information and provide documents to customers once materials leave the plant.
- Update customers on shipment delays and coordinate with the team accordingly.
- Facilitate resolution of sales-related issues with customers and the team.
- Respond to sales queries via phone, email, and written communication, and inform internal teams, the head office sales team, and customers.
- Coordinate with marketing and QC teams on sample requirements.
- Arrange sample deliveries to customers (local via driver, export via courier).
- Arrange and verify documents with approval from the accounts department based on payment and courier requirements.
- Monitor daily dispatch records and share order updates with management.
- Verify SGS documents and forward for client and supervisor approval.
- Follow up on payments from advance payment customers.
- Gather pending deliveries and communicate to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with the team to proceed with shipments upon customer approval.
- Internally coordinate with drivers for timely delivery of samples and documents.
- In the absence of the Sales Assistant, undertake responsibilities for preparing export documents and coordinating sample deliveries via courier.
Additional Responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other record-keeping software.
- Prepare sample reports as requested by the marketing team.
- Provide sales-related reports upon request.
- Forward daily dispatch orders to management.
- Provide pending order details as requested by customers.

- Executive Director, Marketing Manager, Production Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior QC/QA Officer, Senior Accountant, Logistics team.
