Job Description
AMOOV GROUP is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Operations to lead and transform its international moving operations into a world-class fulfillment engine. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or high-ticket B2B/B2C services, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building efficient, scalable operations that delight customers and generate referrals.
About the Role
As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of the entire fulfillment process and a team of 10 people — from vendor coordination to customer satisfaction—and drive improvements in operational KPIs, claim rates, delivery speeds, and overall customer experience. You will work closely with the CEO during the first 3 to 6 months to transition into full ownership, and potentially evolve into a Director of Fulfillment or COO-track role within 12 months.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations team (Customer Success, Vendor Success, Claims, etc.)
- Recruit, coach, and manage performance across 12+ staff members in diverse locations
- Build and optimize fulfillment processes, ensuring shipment speed, quality, and service consistency
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital to enhance the tech stack and processes
- Reduce operational inefficiencies losses to under 1% or turnover
- Build and scale a world-class vendor network with systematic quality and rating loops
- Drive customer satisfaction and referral flywheel by ensuring exceptional operational delivery
- Oversee escalation resolution and track root causes of recurring issues
- Track and report KPIs around vendor onboarding/retention, customer escalations, delivery times, claims, and more
- Transition AMOOV’s current B2C and B2C2B model into a full B2B-ready operation
- Act as operational account manager for early corporate clients
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven success in operations leadership in international moving, logistics, international supply chain, or related services
- Experience solving complex, multivariable problems in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve underperforming operations
- Hands-on leadership style, calm under fire, high sense of ownership and accountability
- Tech-savvy. Familiarity with digital tools and a strong sense of translating operational logic into them.
- Fluent in English & French; additional languages a plus
- Ability to work with a diverse, multicultural team

- Preferred: Dubai, UAE (relocation supported within 3–6 months).
- Alternative: CET time zone, remote with future relocation possible
