An established industry player is seeking a senior leader to drive the vision and strategy for its Global Services line. This pivotal role encompasses product management, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives, particularly in Network as a Service (NaaS). The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L for various global services, and mentor team members to achieve both short-term and long-term strategic goals. This senior role will direct overall vision, strategy, and tactical plans for e& Etisalat's Global Services line of business. This includes ownership of global services strategy, product management, marketing, digital transformation to Network as a Service (NaaS), and business roadmap. The role involves managing the development, lifecycle, and conversion of products across various portfolios such as Global IPVPN (MPLS), managed connectivity, Internet, SDWAN, Cloud Connectivity, NaaS, uCPE, Managed LAN, and Managed End-to-End Solutions. Responsibilities include defining and executing product and service roadmaps centered around P&L management, market requirements, and financial discipline to maximize revenue and cash flow margins.
The role offers opportunities to impact both short-term and long-term strategic goals, including investment decisions. It requires leading a team of direct reports and cross-functional teams responsible for product development, IT, network engineering, and third-party vendors. The candidate will mentor and develop team members and own strategies for next-generation services like NaaS, Network on Demand, Virtualization, NFV, SDN, Edge Services, and others.
