Job Title - Procurement Manager (Emirati Talent)

Department: Procurement and Contracts

Remuneration: 32,000 AED + benefits

Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Contracts, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Contract Manager (CCM), Professional Contract Manager (PCM), Certified Public Procurement (CPP)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in negotiating, drafting, and executing complex contracts
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all contract administration activities, ensuring compliance with company and project conditions, and track agreement renewal and expiration dates
  • Prepare contract documents up to signing and ensure successful execution
  • Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and execution
  • Utilize contract management and project management software effectively
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Ensure purchase requisitions comply with contract terms before processing Purchase Orders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and establish new supplier relationships
  • Negotiate supply and service contracts and service level agreements with tenderers and service providers
  • Support and implement new systems and processes for continuous improvement
  • Prepare draft contracts and manage tendering processes
  • Monitor contract expiry dates and follow up accordingly
  • Generate reports and data for management review and decision-making
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department on contract requirements and resolve contractual issues
  • Conduct quality audits, site inspections, and monitor supplier/subcontractor performance
