A leading digital assets platform is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to lead core product initiatives within a fast-paced, highly regulated, crypto-first environment. Candidates must have experience working on a well-known crypto exchange or blockchain project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of crypto platform products from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to build secure and user-friendly products.
3. Own product strategy and roadmap aligned with business and user needs.
4. Prioritize features and enhancements based on data, user feedback, and market trends.
5. Define clear KPIs, track product performance, and iterate quickly based on insights.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of crypto trading flows, wallets, DeFi integrations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of product management experience, including significant contributions to a well-known crypto exchange or Web3 project.
2. Proven ability to deliver complex digital products in highly technical or regulated domains.
3. Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto user experiences, and trading ecosystems.
4. Experience working with agile product development teams and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.
5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
6. Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to prioritization and decision-making.
