Responsibilities
What you will do
  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Execute Oracle Retail strategy.
  • Close business, delivering quota against target and renewals.
  • Ensure proper pipeline coverage; maximize demand generation campaigns, proper progression, conversion, and participation rates.
  • Identify, understand, and flex the optimal components of pipeline growth with relentless focus.
  • Establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle's Retail and full SaaS Strategic pillars around the customers' digital transformation.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewal opportunities.
  • Update sales forecasts, record activities, and build proper opportunity close plans.
  • Develop long-term sustainable relations with customers and partners.
  • Prepare and attend business review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers alongside CSMs.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and collaboration with Implementation Partners for new projects to maximize customer outcomes and pave the way for future expansion.
  • Drive account and territory planning for growth.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Sales Specialist Executives and Account Executives.
  • Participate in large deal executions, leveraging Retail expertise.
  • Maintain pipeline health and perform related activities to drive growth in Retail solutions sales.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions and the ecosystem, especially Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and CSMs.
  • Engage in cross-line-of-business collaboration to drive customer success.
  • Travel within your assigned territory as required.
What You Will Bring

  • Knowledge of Retail Market and Retail Customers.
  • Performance-driven and capable of executing sales strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and position Oracle application solutions effectively.
  • Good stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Confident communication across organizational levels, including C-Level.
