• Clear understanding and knowledge about structural works and scaffolding
• Clear understanding and knowledge about construction drawings
• Excellent labor management and distribution for daily works
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that all work is performed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow on-site.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to foster a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.
• Manage site logistics, including site setup, equipment usage, and waste management to optimize site efficiency.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to discuss project status, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Train and mentor junior staff and laborers, promoting skill development and teamwork on-site.
