We are seeking a Business Improvement Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Role responsibilities:
  1. Maintain up-to-date records for the Business Improvement pipeline of ideas and projects to ensure prioritization of ideas and active attendance at the change board.
  2. Engage with idea proposers to assess and action new improvement ideas.
  3. Track progress of improvements to encourage completion and support benefits assessment.
  4. Work with the Health and Safety team to process improvement suggestions and support improvements where required.
  5. Carry out process mapping, value stream mapping, and identify inefficiencies in productivity.
  6. Develop business cases for Lean process improvement projects, including other stakeholders where necessary.
  7. Engage with Lean Practitioners across the business to assist in the delivery of projects.
  8. Progress Lean projects that enable waste reduction, deliver benefits to the business, and align with the digital transformation programme.
  9. Collect and analyze data.
  10. Engage proactively with the National Highways improvement team to share best practices and promote collaboration.
Skills & Experience:
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience (minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership in delivering structured business improvement projects, including leading project teams.
  • Experience with structured root cause analysis methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, or similar tools.
  • Support colleagues in delivering their improvements.
  • High self-motivation, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data effectively and engagingly.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Flexibility to work across all sites as required.
