Job Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and creatively driven Social Media Lead to head our growing social media team. This role demands a strong sense of ownership in driving innovative campaigns, managing team workflows, and ensuring that all deliverables meet deadlines every time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of creative and engaging social media campaigns across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage a team of designers, content creators, and social media executives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, ensuring campaigns align with brand tone, marketing goals, and audience insight.
  • Oversee the monthly content calendar production and campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all assets are delivered as per schedule.
  • Act as the project manager for all social-related deliverables setting timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies as needed for better results.
  • Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inspire innovative content ideas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or project management capacity.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and lead creative digital campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills must be comfortable managing deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interaction.
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a proactive mindset.
