Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the overall success of the business by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on analyzing ad & partners performance data.
  2. Identify opportunities for growth & revenue generation from our partners through data deep dives and advanced analysis.
  3. Run insights workshops with top CPG brands to identify opportunities & unlock more ad revenue opportunities.
  4. Build / lead execution plans around the biggest opportunities in collaboration with the markets and other regional owners.
  5. Drive brand recall / brand awareness and customer insights studies to identify ad incrementality and consumer insights reports.
  6. Utilize advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, segmentation analysis) to forecast future performance and support business planning.
  7. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that visualize key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with different teams (Vendor experience, Customer experience, Pricing, etc.) to ensure effective and successful workstreams are implemented.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in data analytics roles, with exposure to commercial topics; experience in e-commerce or market insights companies is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and draw conclusions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and ability to optimize SQL queries for data extraction.
  • Knowledge of Python or other languages used for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Google Sheets for modeling, and data visualization software.
  • Ability to build easy-to-use dashboards to visualize Partner & Customer insights and performance data for stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills: managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and driving prioritization.
  • Stakeholder management skills: working cross-functionally and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ideally, experience in FMGC and/or eCommerce on the commercial side.
