About Us:
We are a rapidly growing E-Commerce company based in the UAE, dedicated to delivering exceptional online shopping experiences across the region. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Accountant with a strong background in account reconciliation and E-Commerce finance to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payments, refunds, and settlements across multiple E-Commerce platforms and payment gateways.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions and financial records.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and external payment providers to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
• Assist in monthly closing processes and support external audits as required.
• Prepare and maintain various financial reports and summaries related to revenue, receivables, and payment gateways.
• Monitor and manage chargebacks, disputes, and returns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar reconciliation/accounting role within the E-Commerce industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and payment systems.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP).
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations.
• Knowledge of major E-Commerce platforms.
