Black & Grey HR is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading SaaSbased technology company recognized for its innovation clientcentric approach and collaborative work environment. We are seeking motivated resultsoriented professionals to join their expanding sales team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct doortodoor sales activities to generate leads and introduce our Finance SaaS platform to potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through direct interaction.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Answer client questions and address concerns effectively.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends and client needs.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically always.

Requirements
  • 02 years of sales experience preferably in a direct sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Selfmotivated targetoriented and persistent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the finance industry is a plus.
  • Valid UAE drivers license is preferred.
