  4. Guide clients through properties, highlighting features and benefits.
  5. Be knowledgeable about current market prices and values.
  6. Answer client questions regarding properties, neighborhoods, etc.
  7. Assess market prices through property comparisons.
  8. Advertise and promote local properties for rent.
  9. Match client preferences and budgets with suitable properties.
  10. Research local neighborhoods to understand surroundings.
  11. Inspect properties for damages and coordinate maintenance issues.
  12. Prepare and process documentation such as contracts and deeds.
  13. Manage deadlines and deliveries effectively.
  14. Support and guide clients through the entire real estate process.
  15. Maintain and update property lists and activities.
  16. Build partnerships with contractors, lawyers, etc.
