We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Managerfluent in Russian and English to oversee daily front-of-house operations for our premium lounge in JBR. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily floor operations, ensuring smooth guest service and optimal team performance.
  • Greet and interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clientele, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage staff schedules, floor coverage, and break rotations.
  • Monitor service standards and uphold brand reputation through continuous quality control.
  • Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure coordination in service flow.
  • Handle guest complaints diplomatically and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and atmosphere standards of the lounge.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist the management with inventory, orders, and operational planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor in a lounge, bar, or fine dining environment.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Must be well-groomed and presentable with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • UAE experience preferred.
