This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Piping Engineer with a proven track record in designing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of piping systems for the safe and efficient transport of fluids and gases in industrial settings for a high-profile client.

The key objectives for this role are:
- Design and analyze piping systems for efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and system evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Oversee installation and operation of piping systems.
- Implement innovative solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Promote adherence to discipline-specific procedures and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support the development of the technical assurance framework.
- Monitor competence standards compliance.
- Participate in incident investigations.
- Set performance expectations for team members.
- Maintain own competence and pursue continuous development.
- Support technical discipline needs of the business.
- Ensure learning opportunities are captured and utilized.
- Be familiar with relevant regulatory frameworks and legislation.
- Define scope accurately.
- Participate in project management team overseeing EPC contractors.
- Oversee piping engineering work by EPC contractors for greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Promote effective communication within EPC teams to produce safe, cost-effective, and constructible designs.
- Provide technical leadership and decision-making support.
- Participate in safety and design reviews.
- Support construction activities with technical guidance.
- Report progress and issues to senior management.
- Troubleshoot piping design issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Attend progress meetings and generate status reports.
- Manage change processes, including review of proposals.
- Assist construction teams with technical queries.
- Collaborate to eliminate hazards related to piping work.
- Ensure quality and schedule adherence.
- Maintain knowledge of piping discipline and standards.

Expected:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 5 years in a similar senior role managing teams.
- Offshore experience is essential; ADNOC experience is preferred.
- FEED experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in engineering software and business tools.
- Experience working in multi-project environments across all engineering phases.
- Previous Middle East experience is advantageous.
