Job Responsibilities
  1. Review and assess medical reports, case histories, diagnostics, and lab results to inform underwriting outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with clinical teams, actuaries, and claims professionals to evaluate medical risks and define policy terms.
  3. Apply and interpret underwriting protocols in alignment with TruDoc’s standards and global compliance frameworks.
  4. Deliver detailed risk assessments and recommendations for group and individual healthcare plans.
  5. Stay updated on evolving medical trends, innovations, and potential health risk factors.
  6. Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, decisions, and communications.
  7. Participate in regular case reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  8. Support pre-authorization reviews, claims evaluations, and eligibility for wellness and preventive care programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare administration, or underwriting.
