Job Description: Executive Assistant to CEO

As the first point of contact for all CEO enquiries, you will serve as a strong gatekeeper with a solid understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and the ability to manage a complex managerial hierarchy.

Working for our international client, a prominent figure in the fast-paced luxury market, you will be entirely responsible for managing the CEO’s office, including full C-Suite liaison across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a demanding diary and complex travel arrangements, sometimes for multiple individuals traveling with or meeting the CEO at international locations.
  2. Full inbox management, preparing research documents, meeting briefs, and maintaining oversight of the CEO’s global movements to stay ahead of schedule.
  3. Providing strong administrative support, including assisting with presentations, strategic reports, note-taking, archiving, and handling confidential documentation.
  4. Being social media savvy and liaising with IT to coordinate meetings across multiple international time zones.
  5. Making decisions proactively, demonstrating emotional intelligence, and solving problems before they reach the CEO, thereby enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements include demonstrated experience supporting at C-Suite level, preferably within the hospitality or luxury UHNW sector, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Confidentiality and discretion are paramount, and fluency in English to native standard is required; additional languages are advantageous.
