Technology Business Partner (UAE National)
Provide strategic advice to the museums management and employees related to technology project requests and changes, including influencing business decisions to ensure that immediate and long-term implications, opportunities and risks, are fully considered in alignment with the overall business plans and the strategic direction.
- Working under the guidance of the Unit Head, the Technology Business Partner will contribute to the overall unit’s goals by providing expert guidance across the museums on technology-related project and change requests.
- Review the requests from the business to ensure they are aligned to wider initiatives regarding technologies, experience, simplification, and any other mandated initiatives.
- Manage internal stakeholders and / or act as the focal point of contact between end-users and the technology department, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technology products and solutions.
- The role holder must provide a consultative service to support in identifying technology solutions and ideas to address pain points across the museums that improve the visitor journey across various touchpoints.
- Contribute to the evaluation of potential uses of artificial intelligence and machine learning across the museums to enhance the employee and visitor experience.
- Provide professional, business-focused services to assigned museums through building strong working relationships with stakeholders based on credibility and open communication.
- Provide professional senior-level advice and guidance on the interpretation of technology department policies and procedures, contracts, and scope of work to better leverage digital products, amplifying the work.
- Work closely with the business and manage inquiries and requests from stakeholders with a high level of personalized service to translate their needs into effective functional requirements in order to ensure that their KPIs are met within the identified timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of planning and organization, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Certifications in IT preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic highly desirable).
