Job Description
The Role
  • Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and high social skills.
  • Foster good inter-departmental relations.

  • Provide sincere, warm, and enthusiastic service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing
  • Prepare staff schedules based on forecasts and staffing guidelines under the F&B Manager's guidance.
  • Recommend hiring, promotions, and dismissals to the F&B Manager.
  • Assist in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under supervision.
  • Contribute to the creation of new drinks and snacks, and improve presentation standards.
  • Support the F&B Manager with other related tasks.
Operations
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all outlet areas.
  • Maintain sanitary conditions per health codes and hotel standards.
  • Supervise daily operations according to management standards.
  • Advise on service bar matters and supervise bar personnel.
  • Handle equipment properly to minimize breakages and losses.
  • Inspect areas daily before opening and after closing, adhering to checklists.
  • Enforce policies and procedures under the F&B Manager’s guidance.
  • Manage requisitions for supplies, monitor beverage costs, and maintain standards for beverages and presentation.
  • Ensure grooming standards and dress code adherence.
  • Assist in staff training and induction.
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental policies, including emergency procedures.
Administration
  • Assist with reports such as overtime, expenses, logs, schedules, and vacations.
Hygiene, Personal Safety, and Confidentiality
  • Care for equipment and furniture.
  • Be familiar with hotel policies, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Respect environmental commitments and safeguard confidential information.
