Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and cost control activities for offshore projects involving WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/Fs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Track project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee cost estimates, forecasts, and reporting for project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of all project phases.
• Monitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide guidance and leadership to planning and cost control teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in planning and cost management within the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Strong experience with WHTs, subsea cable and piping installations, and B/Fs.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).
• Extensive experience in cost estimation, forecasting, and project scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of offshore project lifecycle and risk management.
