Job description

As a Property consultant, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Arrange Property Listings regularly through personal networking.
• Actively be involved in the sale of residential properties.
• Apply knowledge of the market to buyers and sellers, constantly seeking new ways to improve yourself.
• Liaise with line manager on a regular basis to ensure all processes are on track and seek advice when needed.
• Arranging an appointment with the company's in-house Photographer to take the latest pictures of the property, ensuring quality listings are advertised.
• Always stay informed about the real estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as the sale value of a property.
• Actively seek new ways to obtain listings and make yourself more known in the market.
• Utilise all marketing/social platforms and in house talent to support with your personal needs.
• Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sell/up-sell, ensuring the best option is always offered to clients and not left without anything.
• Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on the merits of properties and terms of sale.
• Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

What we're looking for:

• Proven working experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's Real Estate market trends and property laws
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales, networking, and marketing abilities
• Customer-oriented and results-driven approach
• UAE driving license and own vehicle is preferred
