Job description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Buyer-Seller professional with a strong background in managing Key Accounts, Supermarkets, and/or HORECA clients. The ideal candidate will play a dual role sourcing high-quality products from direct global producers at optimal rates and driving product listings and sales into strategic accounts. This includes both third-party products and in-house Transgreen offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source diverse products from direct producers globally, ensuring best price, quality, and volume.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and producers in key sourcing regions.
  • Identify and onboard new products that fit the demand profile of target accounts in GCC, India, or other markets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from product introduction to listing in Key Accounts and HORECA channels.
  • Leverage existing relationships and market knowledge to expand Transgreen's footprint and product portfolio.
  • Support and drive sales of Transgreen's in-house products across relevant markets.
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to recommend strategic sourcing and sales decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in international buying/sourcing and sales in Key Accounts, Supermarkets, or HORECA.
  • Proven experience in global supplier engagement and product listing processes.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and international trade practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of GCC, Indian, or other relevant regional markets.
