We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in our Holiday Homes division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with property owners, and managing key accounts to ensure the company's continued growth and success in the holiday rental market.
The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate and hospitality sectors, and possess a valid UAE driving license and vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio of holiday homes.
- Property Acquisition: Actively engage with property owners, real estate agents, and developers to acquire premium properties for short-term rental management.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and potential growth areas.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential property owners, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to ensure optimal pricing strategies and high occupancy rates.
- Sales and Marketing: Assist in the development of promotional strategies and activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements and compliance with local regulations.
- Compliance and Legal: Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to holiday home rentals and ensure that all managed properties comply with the legal requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales, growth initiatives, and competitor activity to present to senior management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- UAE Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and knowledge of property management software is an advantage.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE holiday home and short-term rental market.
- Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
