We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the interior design and fit-out industry to drive client acquisition, project sourcing, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE market, excellent industry contacts, and a proven ability to convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Identify, target, and engage potential clients (corporate, residential, retail, hospitality) to generate new business opportunities. • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, project managers, and real estate professionals. • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, qualification, pitching, and negotiation to closing. • Coordinate closely with the design and project execution teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and expectations. • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to promote the company’s services. • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to influence company positioning and service offerings. • Prepare regular reports on business development performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales in the interior design and fit-out industry in the UAE. • Strong understanding of interior design processes, technical drawings, material specifications, and project execution workflows. • Existing client base or strong network within relevant sectors (real estate, retail, hospitality, corporate). • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
