Job description

General Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading Transport and Logistics organization. This role requires a polished professional who can manage complex schedules, facilitate high-level communication, and act as a strategic extension of the CEO’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, regulators, and partners.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentation decks, and follow-up communications.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with absolute discretion.
  • Coordinate with heads of departments to gather reports, track deliverables, and assist in project follow-ups.
  • Support in managing investor and regulatory correspondence.
  • Monitor emails and flag priority items for quick action.
  • Organize and manage company events, leadership meetings, and off-sites.
  • Represent the MD’s office in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments is an advantage.
