A leading international firm in Dubai is seeking a Personal Assistant with 5-10 years of experience supporting high-net-worth individuals. The role involves administrative support, assisting with personal matters, and collaborating with investment teams. The ideal candidate should be polished, motivated, and flexible to work in a small team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and international experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support to the principal (travel arrangements, hotel bookings, flights bookings, holidays booking, business trips bookings, managing the properties, personal matters etc)
• Assisting with the office
• Assisting with personal matters when required (managing apartments, houses, family trips, private jets, etc)
• Collaborating with investment teams, helping with research work /preparing investment presentations
To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate:
• 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to HNW or UHNWI or to a C-level (CEO/ Chairman) or family office
• Previous experience in corporate environment is a plus
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• International Experience will be a plus
• Open to remote work in a small team and flexible working hours
