Job Duties

1. Under direct supervision, train and familiarize with well site services and activities.
2. Assist in project planning, job design/execution, and post-job analysis.
3. Perform Coiled Tubing assignments requiring basic engineering knowledge and adherence to company policies, standards, and work methods.
4. Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of Halliburton processes, PSL field services, project planning, and wellsite solution design.
5. Ensure tasks are performed correctly with minimal impact on organizational viability; errors are easily identified and corrected.
6. Complete an undergraduate STEM degree; petroleum engineering degree is preferred.
7. Possess strong mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills.
8. Have basic computer skills, relevant modeling techniques, knowledge of service tools/equipment, and industry best practices.
9. Learn role and its impact on team and organizational goals, contributing regularly to those goals.
