Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our upscale lounge and dining establishment. The ideal candidate will lead the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest service, manage staff performance, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for restaurants, and a deep understanding of lounge culture and food beverage trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day lounge and dining floor operations
- Ensure a superior guest experience by maintaining high service standards
- Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management of front-of-house staff
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of beverages and supplies
- Implement cost control measures to optimize food, beverage, and labor expenses
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Plan and execute promotional events and lounge activations
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a lounge or high-end dining setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
