Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRTech, MarTech, or Recruitment Tech.
  • Proven success in closing enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong familiarity with UAE enterprise ecosystem, especially PeopleOps and HR buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Full-funnel sales ownership: Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Execute ABM-led outreach and campaigns tailored to Mopid's Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene and reporting through Salesforce or equivalent CRMs.

???? What You'll Own

  • Full-funnel sales ownership: Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Execute ABM-led outreach and campaigns tailored to Mopid's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) primarily CHROs, TA Heads, and Business Leaders.
  • Be an independent contributor: Own your own lead generation using tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom ABM workflows.
  • Design and deliver personalized product demos, discovery calls, and business cases aligned with buyer needs.
  • Build strategic relationships and multi-thread into accounts for long-term account expansion.
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene and reporting through Salesforce or equivalent CRMs.

  • 510 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRTech, MarTech, or Recruitment Tech.
  • Proven success in closing enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Prior experience as an Individual Contributor you've independently built pipeline, prospected, and closed.
  • Deep working knowledge of:

  • Excellent storytelling, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong familiarity with UAE enterprise ecosystem, especially PeopleOps and HR buyers.
