Job description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide assistance in the daily transportation and administrative duties in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to all office staff as and when required, including performing general clerical duties and managing office files, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office equipment, furniture, and kitchen/pantry equipment.
  • Organizes office mail, including collecting, sorting, and distributing it.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and drop-off of candidates and delivery of documents and other items as required by management.
  • Assists with the transportation of vehicles to and from service centers for routine and unexpected maintenance.
  • Maintains a list of kitchen / office supplies, forwarding it to the Admin Department for processing.
  • Delivers office supplies to employees and provides support for moving company furnishings between offices.
  • Assists with the staff shuttle for extraordinary requirements and arranges material for Airside use.
  • Arranges delivery of office and kitchen supplies and stocks cabinets accordingly.
  • Welcomes and assists visitors, directs phone calls, and addresses general inquiries, while maintaining a professional and inviting reception area to ensure a positive first impression for guests.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating with team members to ensure availability and manages and updates office calendars, ensuring accuracy and timely notification of upcoming events.
  • Manage the inventory of fleet spare parts and supports daily fleet checks.

Qualifications

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
