HIRING

We are looking for a new Sales Director to manage our award-winning real estate agency in Ras Al Khaimah. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales as well as the day to day operations of the business.

We are looking for someone that is charismatic, highly organized and is able to meet agreed targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of five years’ experience in the UAE Real Estate Market

A minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial role with a proven track record

Experience in real estate or property management

Sound knowledge of operational management

Great leadership and negotiation skills

Team player

Good knowledge of MS office and in particular excel

Previous experience with CRM systems

Able to work independently and with minimum supervision but always with managerial support
